This latest release brings several impactful enhancements aimed at improving automation and decision-making accuracy in the loan application process.

• Faster Approvals:
  The Skylight Lending Platform now retrieves Credit Report, Credit Score, and Income Estimator directly through various vendors. These data points are fully integrated into the loan calculation engine to improve risk assessment and processing efficiency.

• Streamlined Income Verification:
  Say goodbye to needing to provide income documentation. Thanks to our Income Estimator logic, you will now experience an enhanced and Streamlined Income Verification Process. 
  
  This will reduce the need to provide income documentation by up to 90%.

• Increased chance of Approvals:
  The Debt-to-Income ratio is now calculated based on available income in the following priority order:

  1. Verified Income (Income we are able to verify automatically)

  2. Income Estimator (Income we are able to proyect and is treated as Varified Income)

  3. Stated Income (Your last resort for approval
