Warranty Deeds and Quit Claim Deeds?	Typically, most types of deeds are acceptable as long as they confirm the homeowner's ownership of the property where the installation is taking place. However, Skylight Lending reserves the right to reject any deeds that do not meet these criteria.
Are Cash, Checks, and Credit Cards Accepted?	Currently, cash, checks, and credit card payments are not accepted. ACH is the only available payment method at this time, though Skylight Lending may offer additional payment options in the future.
Sign Up or Sign In	SIGN UP: Customers receive a personalized sign-up invitation through email at the time of purchase. They can complete the sign-up with a single click. LOGIN: After completing the sign-up process, customers can log in anytime using their email. One-time passcodes (OTP) are used for logging in, eliminating the need for a traditional password setup.
