NTP:

The Notice to Proceed (NTP) is equivalent to a fully signed and executed order. It serves as Skylight Lending notification to the Certified Installer that the contract package is complete, and the Installer is authorized to begin the installation. Please note that Skylight Lending does not conduct a physical site audit at the NTP stage; it is the Installer's responsibility to verify full site eligibility before starting the installation. NTP (M0) Requirements include:

  • Initial account/system details
  • Underwriting documents
  • Signed contract and completed customer tasks

Once all requirements are completed and validated, the NTP will be granted. The quickest route to NTP approval is through the homeowner's web portal account, which allows for instant approval of all NTP items.

Installation is the initial major operational milestone. The Certified Developer informs Skylight Lending that the installation has been completed on-site, and the proper design documentation has been uploaded. Installation (M1) Requirements include

  • Site Qualifying Review
  • Administrative Upload
  • Design package documents
  • Install photo documents

  • PTO Documentation
  • Incentive documents
