🚀 Skylight Leases Expands to Arizona & Pennsylvania!
We’re excited to announce that Skylight Leases is expanding into two new states — Arizona (AZ) 🌵 and Pennsylvania (PA) 🏔️!
Both states are expected to be live in the Skylight portal by Wednesday, January 28th 📅, opening up new opportunities for our partners to run lease projects in these markets.

We also want to make partners aware that Arizona has unique requirements compared to some other states.
Due to the utility market operating under Time-of-Use (TOU) rates, all Arizona lease opportunities must include battery storage 🔋. This requirement ensures homeowners can maximize savings while maintaining consistent system performance.
⚠️ Important Arizona Requirements
🔋 Battery storage is required for all AZ lease projects
❌ Solar-only lease projects in Arizona are no longer eligible
📌 This requirement applies to all new Arizona lease submissions moving forward

✅ What You Need to Do to Be Ready
To ensure your company is active and able to submit lease opportunities by launch day, please complete the following:
📝 Fully executed Lease Agreement between Skylight and your company
✍️ Signed Installer Acknowledgement Form, confirming understanding of the lease process
🔐 Approved and active account, including:
Updated insurance documentation
Required battery certifications (if applicable)
Once all requirements are completed and approved, your account will be activated for lease opportunities in the new states.
