NTP & Underwriting Processing During Holidays

Normal underwriting processing time is 24 to 48 business hours. On observed holidays, the Installer Support and Customer Support teams are not available, which means processing times will be extended around holiday dates. Plan your submissions accordingly — documents submitted the day before a holiday will begin review on the next business day.

Plan ahead for the July 4th weekend

With the office closed Friday July 3rd, any documents submitted Thursday July 2nd will not begin underwriting review until Monday July 6th. Submit early to avoid delays around this long weekend.

Plan ahead for the Thanksgiving & Christmas stretches

The office is closed both Thursday and Friday for Thanksgiving (Nov 26–27), and both Thursday and Friday for the Christmas holiday (Dec 24–25). Plan submissions early that week to avoid underwriting delays over these extended closures.

The holiday is observed on the preceding Friday. The office will be closed that Friday.

Holiday falls on a Sunday

The holiday is observed on the following Monday. The office will be closed that Monday.

Both the Installer Support and Customer Support teams follow the same hours and holiday schedule.
