How income is verified
Skylight Lending confirms income via
third-party income sources. In combination
with other creditworthiness criteria, these items are
used to assess whether the homeowner is approved. Meeting
the minimums does not guarantee approval.
Co-applicants
Up to two co-applicants are allowed. Both must individually
meet the 660 FICO minimum — scores are not averaged.
At least one applicant must be listed on the property
deed.
Solar only — minimum system size
